About the Role

This is a critical leadership position for an autonomous executor and outspoken public figure. You will not simply manage marketing, you will drive our commercial growth and serve as the face of Anodos. Your mission is to translate our technological superiority into dynamic, high-impact content that ignites mass adoption, leading the conversation against the legacy financial system.

What You Will Do

You will own the strategy, execution, and public voice across three critical pillars of our commercial growth, holding full P&L ownership for user acquisition and brand sentiment.

• The Execution Engine: Strategy & Adoption
  • Growth Strategy: Design, implement, and relentlessly execute an aggressive, full-funnel marketing strategy that converts brand awareness into measurable wallet adoption.
  • Campaign Management: Lead all product launches, feature announcements, and ecosystem partnership campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Data-Driven Command: Own key KPIs (Engagement, Conversions, Brand Sentiment) and report directly to the leadership team, treating data as a weapon, not a chore.
• The Brand Voice: Content & Media
  • Primary Spokesperson: Serve as Anodos' lead public figure across all social channels, industry events, and media engagements.
  • Dynamic Content Creation: Create and publish a continuous, high-volume stream of video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.) centered on our philosophy: exposing the failures of banks and legacy Fintech and positioning Anodos as the essential solution.
  • Social Channel Command: Take full, autonomous ownership of all social media accounts, driving expansion and dialogue with a direct, decisive, and authentic tone.
• Community & Alliances
  • Community Amplifier: Work closely with our dedicated community (especially within the XRPL ecosystem) to empower users and amplify organic brand messaging.
  • PR & Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage collaborations with strategic influencers, media outlets, and ecosystem partners that authentically align with the Anodos ethos.

Requirements

You carry a formidable presence, have earned your stripes in the fintech or crypto space, and are ready to represent a movement, not just a brand.

• The X-Factor: You possess that unteachable mix of charisma and authenticity that people naturally connect with. You are ready to actively challenge the failures of centralized finance..
• Fintech/Web3 Fluency: Must be deeply integrated into the community, active on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and X.
• Digital Native & Credibility: Proven ability to navigate, create content for, and command attention across modern digital media formats. You are likely an educator or content creator known for translating complex DeFi/blockchain concepts simply.
• Autonomy: A self-starter capable of driving initiatives from zero to one with minimal oversight.
• Communication & Stage Presence: Excellent command of written and spoken English, capable of both sharp, concise Tweets and detailed, persuasive speeches in front of large audiences (videos, livestreams, and physical stages).
