About the Role

As the Lead Mobile Engineer, you will be the primary technical leader responsible for the architecture, development, and performance of the Anodos App. You’ll use Next.js and React Native + Expo, styled with TailwindCSS and powered by TypeScript, to deliver fast, clean, and intuitive user experiences for a superior alternative to traditional banking.

What You Will Do

• Build performant, responsive UIs for our mobile application to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to bring our vision to life and deliver real value.
• Write scalable, maintainable code with attention to UX, accessibility, and performance, making every click intuitive.
• Contribute to design discussions, feature planning, and product decisions to shape the future of onchain finance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience building production-ready mobile applications.
• Core Skills: Strong skills in React, with hands-on experience in both Next.js for web and React Native/Expo for mobile.
• Stack Expertise: Comfortable working in TypeScript and styling with TailwindCSS to create intuitive interfaces.
• Design Sense: Good sense of UI/UX design and responsive layout to ensure our apps are easy to use for everyone.
• Quality Focus: Familiarity with testing, performance optimization, and mobile best practices to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bonus: Experience with blockchain technology, specifically the XRP Ledger, is a significant plus.
